PATIO AND LANDSCAPING

The new home owners at this residence felt the need to update the current landscape around the entire foundation, as it was outdated and in need of an overhaul. In addition to enhancing curb appeal, this resident wanted an outdoor sitting area to complement the existing deck. We installed a new paver patio sitting area of approximately 340 square feet and added a few steps, as well as a small walkway for easy access from deck to patio. The patio is at a much lower level than the existing deck, allowing for more comfort from the privacy of the newly installed plantings around the sitting area.
